Cleaning and staging of vacation rentals $50 nonrefundable deposit. $25 per hour after initial 3 hours price will vary if more than one staff is required. price also varies with add ons, such as etxra bathrooms, oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, and window cleaning. a more accurate quote will be given after property has been seen. $25 pet cleaning fee
